OUR STORY
Italian Art Decoration was born in Italy in 2014 thanks to the founders’ Maurizio Saccardo and Federico Benedetti well-established experience in the field of plaster gypsum decorations. People who work in IAD have previously collaborated with the best professionals in the industry and with the most important firms in the contract market, many of whom are still our partners. Moreover, we have worked on the production of decorations for hotels, cruise ships, theatres, banks, buildings, private villas, shops, shopping malls and airports. These are the reasons why the people who work in IAD represent the company’s real heritage.
Thanks to the acquired knowledge in the field of gypsum decorations, Italian Art Decoration has often been contacted in order to find valuable design solutions. Our contant strive to achieve excellence and care for details have made us the right partner for the creation of high-quality projects, like the recent intervention inside the tasting room of the prestigious winery of Château d’Yquem in Bordeaux (France), and the restoration of an ancient barchessa in the province of Vicenza (Italy).
Concept
True to its name, Italian Art Decoration represents the best of the italian handicraft tradition in the production of plaster gypsum decorations, tradition that is reflected in the attention to detail, in the aesthetic and decorative taste for luxury and beauy, in the use of high quality materials and in a unique design style.
However, IAD aims at finding the right balance between a reference to classic tradition and modernity; the latest trends in decoration styles are combined with elegant plaster elements, which give the whole surrounding space a unique and decisive aspect.
Basically, IAD designs and produces tailor-made solutions: our artistic concepts adapt perfectly to the expectations of our clients through the creation of handmade sketches or the introduction of frames, rosaces, decorations.
